HUBUNGAN DESENTRALISASI FISKAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, TINGKAT KEMISKINAN, DAN KESENJANGAN PENDAPATAN KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2012

Resumen

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan desentralisasi fiskal melalui DDF, elastisitas PAD, dan kapasitas fiskal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat kemiskinan, dan kesenjangan pendapatan kabupaten/kota  di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2003-2012. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan jenis data yang dipergunakan adalah time series yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai macam sumber yaitu Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2012. Metode analisis digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan korelasi kanonikal. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel dependen desentralisasi fiskal melalui Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal (DDF), elastisitas PAD, dan kapasitas fiskal dengan variabel independen pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat kemiskinan, dan kesenjangan pendapatan secara bersama-sama. Pada variabel  independen hanya variabel DDF yang mempunyai hubungan paling erat dengan variabel dependen. Sedangkan pada variabel dependen, variabel kesenjangan pendapatan memiliki hubungan paling erat dengan variabel independen. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The purpose of the study aims to determine how the relationship of fiscal decentralization through DDF, the elasticity of revenue, and the fiscal capacity to economic growth, rate of proverty, and income inequality district / town in Central Java province in 2003-2012. The data used in this study are secondary data and the type of data used is the pooling of data collected from various sources, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Central Java Year 2012. The method of analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis and canonical correlation. The results of this study there is a significant relationship between the dependent variable fiscal decentralization through Fiscal Decentralization Degree (DDF), the elasticity of revenue, and the fiscal capacity of the independent variables of economic growth, Rate of Proverty, and income inequality simultaneously. On the independent variables only variables that have the Fiscal Decentralization Degree of the closest relationship with the dependent variable. While the dependent variable, the variable income gap is most closely connected with the independent variables. © 2014 Universitas Negeri Semarang
