Resumen
The present article has as a central purpose wich is the analysis of the dynamics of the internal factors that take part in the exports of familiar companies. With this intention a study from twelve family companies was made in the Zulian-Venezuela region. Main results demonstrated that the presence of the family ties influences the decisions and conduction of exporting processes, causing in many cases delaying actions, which in turn result in sustaining a disadvantageous ways. This condition is mainly due to the lack of resources and capacities that a system based on family values imposes; it tends to over protect familiar property of the company. That circumstance is usually set on a conflict managment of the company.
