Resumen
A general view of the system of the economic management of an enterprise is presented. The subsystem of production costs management is examined in details. The goal and criteria of this system are defined. The requirements for the design of accounting and analytic support are set forward. Various kinds of analysis (quantitative, qualitative, factorial), on the basis of which the management is to take decisions regarding the ways of increasing the production efficiency, are considered.
