PAC: a afirmação do parasitismo do capital sobre o trabalho

Resumen

Problematização, de modo inicial, das premissas do Programade Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC) do governo Lula da Silva,lançado em 22 de janeiro de 2007. O PAC é examinado à luzda tradição marxista como uma estratégia do Estado,desenvoMda por intermédio de variadas funções, paraassegurar a acumulação capitalista e ?solucionar? mais uma dascrises deste modo de produção. Assim, verificou- se a base desustentação das transferências ao capital, para impulsionar-lheo desenvolvimento. Essas transferências estão cravadas nascontribuições sociais e na diminuição dos direitos da força detrabalho. A particularidade da transferência de recursos daprevidência social ao ?programa de crescimento acelerado? éparticularmente investigado neste estudo.Palavras-chave: PAC, Desenvolvimento capitalista, Estado, Contra-reformas, Previdência social, Previdência complementar.PAC: the affirmation from from parasitismo from the principal City above the workAbstract: The following text discusses the premises of the Programa de Aceleração  do  Crescimento  (PAC)  -  Growth Acceleration Program  -  unveiled  by  Lula  da  Silva?s Government  on  22 January  2007.  The  Program  is analyzed  under  a  Marxist tradition  perspective  as  a  State strategy,  developed  through varied functions  in  order  to assure  the  capitalist  accumulation and  solve  another  one of  those  crises  of  this  mean  of production. Thus, it  is then demonstrated that the basis for the transferences  to capital  in  order  to  drive  development  are rooted in social contributions as well as in the reduction of the workforce?s rights. Social security?s resources redirected to PAC are particularly examined in this study.Key words: PAC, capitalist development, State, counter-reformations, social security, supplementary pension.
