Resumen
Este artigo procura trazer reflexões sobre atividades pedagógicas desenvolvidas com 45 alunas (os) da disciplina Tópicos Especiais: Gênero, Geração e Construção de Identidades, ministradas no Curso de Especialização "A Política de Assistência Social sob a Perspectiva da Consolidação de Direitos", promovido para trabalhadoras (es) do Sistema Único de Assistência Social - SUAS, no município de Aracaju/SE. Mais especificamente, busca analisar suas reações face à desconstrução de atributos e papéis de gênero tidos como naturais que, quando confrontados com um recorte geracional, descortinam desenhos plurais no tocante a arranjos de gênero e construções identitárias.Palavras-chave: Gênero, geração, identidades.REINTERPRETING GENDER, GENERATION AND IDENTITY WITHIN WORKERS OF "SUAS" IN THE CITY OF ARACAJU/SEAbstract: This article intends to reflect on developed pedagogical activities carried out with 45 pupils that have taken the course on "Special topics: Gender, Generation and Construction of Identities, that I have lectured in the "Social Work Policies under the Perspective of the Consolidation of Rights" Specialization Program, offered for professionals working for the Social Work Unique System - SWUS, in the city of Aracaju/SE. More specifically, it searches to analyze its reactions in terms of the deconstruction of attributes and the "natural" gender roles confronted with generation cuts, therefore presenting plural drawings in regard to gender arrangements and identity constructions.Keywords: Gender, generation, identities.
