EVALUATING FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES OF THE PROPERTY INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS WITH THE DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS METHOD

Resumen

In this study, financial activities of the property partnerships, one of the investment partnership types, taking part in the related index (BIST) stock exchange Istanbul have been analysed with the data envelopment analysis method. Study activity analysis has been made for 27 GYO whose datum obtained regularly fromm GYOs trading on the stock exchange (BIST). In the analysis, 2011 and 2017 years, the term after the crisis for 27 GYO, have been taken into account. In the analysis; model, activity analysis for 27 partnerships has been realized forming by means of 5 inputs and 3 outputs. As a result of the analysis, the number of active GYO in 2015 is 17 and after 2015 in 2016, 16 active GYO exist. In the sector, there is a down trend between 2011 and 2015 in terms of activity. In the sector, 2014, the least productive;2015, the most productive has been. There has been a down tendency again after 2015. In 2017, the number of active companies has been 11 after the down tendency. Asa result, after being examined, the most active years in the sector are 2015 and 2016.
