Resumen

Anthracnose - the - anthurium is caused by two species of Colletotrichum spp. (C anthurii and C. gloeosporioides) and teleomorph is represented by Glomerella sp. (G. Cincta and G. cingulata) infecting leaves of Anthurium spp .The objective of this study was to record the simultaneous occurrence of anamorphic stages (Colletotrichum sp.) And teleomorph (Glomerella sp.) In anthurium leaves. Anthurium leaves showing symptoms of leaf spot were received in the laboratory and injuries subjected to surface sterilization then isolation agar - water culture (AA) followed by overprinting on potato- dextrose agar (PDA) .Prepared semi-permanent blades acervuli and perithecia . Mycelium discs form inoculated (with and without injury) in mature leaves and anthurium young people submitted to humid chamber. In optical microscope it identified the bodies as Colletotrichum sp. and Glomerella sp. The pathogenicity in wound treatments was confirmed in young leaves and the diameter of the lesion was (29-42 mm) and in mature leaves was lesion diameter (9-11 mm). This is the first record of the simultaneous association of anamorphic form and teleomorph the causal agent of leaf spot Anthurium, with important information about the sexual cycle of this disease.
