Resumen
At railway enterprises year the great amount of oil-containing wastes is derived and accumulated annually, and the method of utilizing them depends on their concrete kind, amount and properties. In the article the basic methods of their rational utilization, the preliminary measures and basic techniques of regeneration of oil-contaminated soils and exhausted oils with possibility of returning them into the raw material resources base are considered.
