EDD combinado con FIFO (EDD combinado con TWKR) es la mejor alternativa para el caso balan ceado (desbalanceado) .A multifactorial analysis of variance of the performance of a jobshop like production system with multicapacity (flexiblejobshop) is realized,by considering the factors dispatching rule, workstation capacity balance and proportion of due dates setting done externally. The system performance , observed by simulation, is evaluated by a measure that weight the absolute lateness and the flow time. Due dates setting is done intemally by multiple linear regression. The results shows that the three factors are significant with respect to the system performance, and in scenarios in which both measures are equally weighted, if the due dates setting is done intemally FIFO and SPT produces better results, while in presence of externally due date setting, EDD combined with FIFO (EDD combined with TWKR) is the better alternative for the balanced (unbalanced) case.
