Methodology of e-learning technologies introduction level automated monitoring in educational organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan

Resumen

The article discusses the results of e-learning development level study in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the potential for replicating of monitoring technologies. The project on the methodology and technical solutions in the field of monitoring e-learning development and implementation in the education system of the Republic of Bashkortostan daily activities has been developing since 2013. The Council, as the supreme governing body for this project, was formed under the Head of the Republic. The established methodology and analytical complex allow the Council to make timely management decisions on the development of e-education.
