Resumen
The proposed methodology has been developed to support the Asset Management (AM) decision making according to an open Building Information Modelling (openBIM) approach. Within the context of the West Cambridge Digital Twin Research Facility, a real case scenario has been considered, where the as-built data is imprecise or absent. The methodology is well suited to dealing with incomplete data on existing buildings, when the objective is integration among AM, the Internet of Things (IoT) and BIM information.
