Resumen

Adaptation of Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) for optimum design of TMDs. Seismic performance is assessed using real accelerograms and an irregular case study. Effective, fast, and reliable methodology comparing to others in the literature. Practical design recommendations are provided.
