Resumen

This paper explores the specifics of Generation Z perception of blended learning technology, which was actively introduced into the educational process during the pandemic caused by COVID-19. The motivation that prompted the team of authors to conduct such a study was the public debate about new learning formats and their effectiveness. At the same time, the voice of key stakeholders, i.e. students themselves, was not so clearly heard in this discussion. The survey showed that the position of "digital natives" is a synthesis of conservative and liberal point of view - students quite highly appreciate the potential of new learning formats and the opportunities they offer, but they prefer to treat the learning process itself and its architecture rather conservatively. Based on the data obtained, a factor analysis was conducted, the results of which confirmed the initial assumption about the synthetic position of representatives of Generation Z and allowed us to structure the reasons for the specificity of the position. The authors believe that the study of "Zumers'" perception of blended learning is a new form of interaction with technology in modern society as a whole.
