This issue is the first experience of systematic interaction between the INJOIT magazine and the Higher Engineering School of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI. Higher Engineering School MEPhI (HISH MEPhI) is a structural unit within the university, created to train elite personnel as part of the digital transformation of Russia.
