Resumen
The author identified methodological and methodological problems in teaching the course of social informatics in higher educational institutions and substantiated the thesis that one of the ways to solve the problem of forming solid knowledge in the field of social informatics and the implementation of its philosophical, ideological, social and educational functions is the implementation of a special course "Social informatics "in the framework of educational programs of bachelor's. The article presents the genesis of the development of social informatics as an academic discipline in the domestic system of higher education, provides the structure and problems of research directions in the field of social informatics, considers the content of the first modular curriculum of the university course in social informatics, the range of students' knowledge, the formation of which the curriculum was directed. Further, the content of modern textbooks and teaching aids on social informatics for higher education (K.K.Kolin, A.V.Chugunov, S.E.Gasumova) is analyzed and the development of the university special course "Social Informatics" for implementation within the framework of bachelor's programs, in particular, the content, organizational forms of organizing training in the discipline "Social Informatics" of the variable part of the curriculum of educational programs in various areas of training bachelors of the Russian State Social University.
