This research identified the prices difference between GBI and non-GBI residential, further demonstrates the relationship between price and green by utilizing Multiple Regression Analysis. The samples are 471 condominiums in Penang derived from the database of NAPIC. The empirical result of the research shows that a residential building having GBI certification increased the property price by RM1009.079. Findings of this research contribute to the significant relationship between green element and condominium price, as well as indicate the impacts of GBI on the price of properties in Malaysia. Keywords: green, GBI, condominium, regressionISSN: 2398-4287© 2017.
