Resumen
The article investigates the problem of forming the legal and technological aspects of the pupil?s information culture and analyzes their content, as well as an attempt to comprehend the causes of the problems that exist in the formation of the pupil?s information culture. The work also presents the results of a study of the level of formation of the "non-network" technological and legal aspects of the information culture of high school pupils, substantiates the fundamental importance of the educational process of the secondary school, built on the use of free software for the successful formation of the legal and technological aspects of the information culture of pupils, and suggests areas of study and educational activities in a comprehensive school, the implementation of which can contribute to the effective solution of the problem of forming a "non-network" technological and legal aspects of the pupils' information culture.
