Resumen

In 2017 in St. Petersburg was held the twentieth international joint conference "Internet and modern society" (IMS-2017). Over the last 20 years her main mission is to contribute to the formation of a community of experts that conduct research and development in the field of information society technologies. In a special issue of the scientific journal ?International Journal of Open Information Technologies? includes articles prepared by the authors noted by the organizing Committee of the reports submitted in 2017.
