FENOMENA INVESTASI BISNIS PENDIDIKAN (STUDI KASUS DI KAMPUNG INGGRIS PARE KEDIRI)

Resumen

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permintaan dan peluang baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap investasi bisnis pendidikan melalui motif ekonomi dan sosial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Inggris, Pare pada 85 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan software IBM SPSS 20. Selain itu, untuk menguji hubungan variabel intervening dilakukan uji Sobel dan Bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permintaan, peluang, dan motif sosial berhubungan positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap investasi bisnis pendidikan, sedangkan motif ekonomi berhubungan langsung, negatif dan tidak signifikan. Selanjutnya, permintaan berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap investasi bisnis pendidikan melalui motif sosial, namun tidak berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung dan signifikan bila melalui motif ekonomi. Demikian pula dengan peluang, tidak berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap investasi bisnis pendidikan baik melalui motif sosial maupun motif ekonomi.This study aimed to investigate the influence of demand and opportunity directly and indirectly towards educational business investment through social and profit motive. This study developed in Kampung Inggris, Pare with 85 respondens. The data of this study were taken by questionnaire The data analyzed by using path analysis through IBM SPSS 20 software. Besides, sobel test and bootstrapping were used to test the relationship existing intervening variables. The result showed that partially demand, opportunity, and social motive directly influence to educational business investment positively and significantly, while profit motive directly has no significant influence to educational business investment. Furthermore, demand indirectly has significant and positive influence to educational business investment positively through social motive, but it has no significant influence to educational business investment through profit motive. The last, opportunity has no significant influence to educational business investment, through both of social motive and profit motive.
