Resumen
The purpose of this research was to determine and evaluate the system of academic services at the Department of Computer Systems STMIK AUB Surakarta and to provide information to the department in order to further improved service to students. The results of these studies can be concluded that the twenty variables services provided there are 3 very satisfied, it must be maintained, 15 items are satisfied it must increase minimally maintained, 1 less satisfied and one was disappointed, it should be increased extra and evaluation must be done every semester so that the results can be maximized.
