Resumen
This research aims to develop software Physician Practice Information System Web-Based. As a system that can provide the necessary information easily, quickly , accurately and then implemented in the form of programs. This research was conducted by the method of analysis, design and making program.The information system developed by the Web and uses a MySQL database in Windows 7 operating system environment. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the system this information can facilitate the management of all activities in a doctor's office so it does not use the manual method , it can minimize mistakes are common and can improve patient care.
