Resumen

The following document glimpsed from a science, technology and innovation policy approach in the Europe Union, how as perceived from the European Commission as well the strategy is planned for the period 2010-2020 devoted exclusively to this topic, what tools and indicators were designed to control the execution of it, also describes important aspects of the most significant surveys of the European population on issues of innovation, giving interesting overtones of development and appreciation from this economic community; finally glimpsed comparative results between Member States and other countries key players in the global innovation arena.
