Resumen
O artigo explora as expressões das sociedades civis da América Latina no ano de 2011, para comparar com os posicionamentos e funções desempenhadas na primeira década do século no avanço progressista das sociedades latino-americanas. A análise demonstra que ainda que as lutas do ano passado tivessem um horizonte mais local e particular, que nacional e político programático, são um elemento fundamental para o aprofundamento das políticas anti e pós- neoliberais dos governos progressistas da América Latina para criar um novo relacionamento avançado entre sociedades políticas e sociedades civis nos Estados da região.Palavras-chave: América Latina, sociedades civis, governos progressistas, Estado integral.AFTER THE BATTLE: civil societies in Latin AmericaAbstract: This article explores the expressions of civil society of Latin America in the year 2011 to compare with the positions and functions performed in the first decade of the century which resulted in the progressive advancement of Latin American societies. The analysis shows that even though the last year?s struggles had more a local and private horizon than a national and programmatic and political one, they are a key element in the deepening of anti neo-liberal policies for progressive Governments of Latin America and contribute to create a new advanced relationship between civil society and political societies in the States of the region.Key words: Latin America, civil societies, progressive governments, Integral State.
