MODERN ASPECTS OF MODERNIZATION OF ROLLING STOCK SUITABLE FOR RAILWAYS TRANSPORTATION

Resumen

The rolling stock modernization, during conduction of a major overhaul, should be made taking into account modern scientific achievements. In the article the basic possibility of transfer of suburban traffic on electric traction on non-electrified lines with the use of modern energy accumulators on the rolling stock is proved.
