Este artigo é uma versão condensada dos resultados da pesquisa ?O Sistema Único de Assistência Social no Brasil: um estudo avaliativo de sua implantação?, em municípios de dois Estados da região Sudestedo Brasil (São Paulo e Minas Gerais).
