Resumen

In this paper, the galvanometer scanner with infrared fringe projection is introduced for structured light 3D shape metrology. The proposed system has the characteristics of high-speed projection, low-cost, small-size, infrared or visible illumination, and non-contact. It can be used in 3D shape measurement and machine vision inspection. Especially in the field of 3D face recognition, there are a lot of potential applications.
